Maureen Fry

Some observant (or wayward) players may have noticed a group of 8 silver birch trees have been planted to the left of the green-side bunker on the 8th of the Cambs. These have been planted by the ladies section in memory of a member and friend, Maureen Fry, who died last year. We would like to thank our resident expert, Peter Jackson, for his help and advice, to Bob and his assistant Vernon for planting them and to John and Saleem Akhtar for giving their permission to do it.
