HOLE IN ONE CLUB

I am pleased to announce that the Hole in One Club has made two payments this year by way of contribution to the cost of celebratory drinks to mark the excellent achievements of both Elaine Knobel-Forbes in July and this month to Tom Woods. However as a result the funds currently available in the Hole in One Club now stand at £36.00.The required minimum to operate the club is £100.  To enable the Hole in One Club to operate it is important that funds are replenished on a regular basis.

Therefore if you would like to join the Hole in One Club to ensure that this worthwhile facility can continue please see details below. When all fees have been received a list of all members entitled to make a claim will be posted on all notice boards.

Rules of the Club:

• Please place your £2 fee in an envelope clearly marked Hole in One Club together with your name and place in the competition box in the Mixed Section or for Ladies the box in the upstairs changing room.

• The Hole in One must have taken place at Heydon Grange, witnessed by another member and during a recognised Competition Match or the Roll-up.

• To be eligible for payout each member must have registered to join the club at least 7 days prior to achievement. 

• Maximum payout for each Hole In One is £50.00 subject to receipts being supplied.

• From time to time an updated list will be posted on notice boards of current members and available funds.
